My Approach
My role as a coach is to be your sounding board and thinking partner. I believe the power to solve your creative challenges is already within you — sometimes you just need a safe space and the right questions to unlock it. That’s where I come in. I’ll help you look at your creative goals and obstacles from new angles, so you can discover the path forward that feels right for you.
I adapt each session to meet your needs, but my standard approach follows the COACH model:

I also draw on the Christ-Centered Leader Model developed by the BYU Sorensen Center for Moral and Ethical Leadership. This model invites us to reflect on how our relationships — with ourselves, with God, and with others — shape the way we lead and live. Using this lens, I’ll ask questions that help you explore how your creative work connects with your deeper values and relationships.
